Welcome to Pelham a blossoming and beautiful township encorporating the five unique villages of Effingham, Fenwick, Fonthill, North Pelham and Ridgeville. These five little villages span an area of 126.42 square kilometres with a population of 16,155. Pelham is the located in the centre of the Niagara Region between the GTA and the US boarder is minutes from Niagara Falls, Welland and St Catharines. The southern boundary is formed by the Welland River a meandering waterway flowing into the Niagara River. The western edge of the township meets the Township of West Lincoln, the eastern edge meets the City of Welland and to the north the City of St Catharines.

Go for a hike at Shorthills Provincial Park or St Johns Conservation Area and see some local wildlife, song birds trees and wild flowers. Home to the Comfort Maple estimated to be Canada’s largest Sugar Maple tree approximately 500 years old and designated a Conservation site for biological and historical significance. Hit the green at Lookout Point Golf and Country Club one of the areas fine golf courses.
